Since our products are individually made to order, production begins immediately after you place your order.

Production Time

Standard processing takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time

After shipping, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days.

Personalized Products with Extended Print Areas

For items personalized in special areas such as sleeves or collar, delivery time will be longer — please allow approximately 12–16 business days (excluding weekends).

We recommend planning ahead for time-sensitive gifts.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $119. All applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Note on Peak Periods

During high-demand periods — especially around Christmas — occasional delays with shipping carriers may occur. Unfortunately, this is outside of our direct control.
